GRATITUDE

To be grateful is to appreciate the goodness in life. Everybody has something  in this life to be grateful for. Being grateful is thanking god and appreciating the people you have in your life. When you are grateful, you accept the blessings you have in your life and treat them like precious, beautiful things, you protect them, love them, enjoy them and have a great time together. A grateful heart is a loving heart who is simple and gets happy by doing , sharing small things. It does not require big things to happen to be happy. Take pleasure in small things, savor small things, that is why happiness comes easily to a grateful heart. It needs small little things to happen to make yourself happy, joyful so that the source of joy does not get diminished. You take every opportunity to celebrate and be happy.

Gratitude keeps you humble, polite, down to earth. It keeps you in an abundant state of mind, where you get more of whatever you wish for. It  makes you receptive to positive things, full and according to the law of attraction, you attract who you are. When you are full, the quality of your life is that of blessings. You are a blessing to yourself and you bring beauty wherever you go.

Gratitude puts you in a fulfilled state, as if the desires you wanted have already happened to you. These higher states are of higher thinking, high vibration and well-being. The greatest quality of a higher being is to be humble, thankfulness and ability to respect, love and trust in the higher power. You value love, honesty, truthfulness, beauty, wisdom and trust.

Gratefulness depends on how you see the world, do you see the cup as half filled or half empty? How you see, makes your vision and how you see things makes your world, because you create your world by your thinking, perspective. Gratefulness allows you to see positives, even in negative situations and people. Gratefulness allows you to accept people as they  are. It allows you to forgive the unforgivable. Gratefulness develops compassion, kindness, generosity and nurtures love in you , it fills your cup with all positive energy, so that you are always full to give it to the world. Gratefulness allows you to be of service, useful and contributing towards a greater cause.

Gratefulness can be cultivated by shifting your vision, identity and looking at positive sides of things rather than what is missing. Reminding yourself how fortunate we are to be living in such times where life, scientific advancement have so much to offer that we can’t complain but use the time to evolve, contribute and live a successful happy life.
